Each of the villas is unique thanks to its location, size and character - which is expressed through the individual choice of colours and the use of fine natural linens and cottons. The bathrooms are designed as essential spaces within the house: covered entirely in Orosei marble, they are equipped with a dressing room, a vanity area and a range of top accessories.
The names of the villas are inspired by nearby places or ones that form part of the panorama that stretches out below Borgo Smeraldo.
Created on a promontory overlooking a still untouched stretch of the Costa Smeralda, the seven villas of Borgo Smeraldo have been built in stone and wood, in the characteristic style of the traditional “stazzi” farmhouses of the north east of the island.
Each villa has two or three independent double suites that communicate with a large living area and kitchen, and an outside exterior of brick and wood that is centred around a private pool set in a natural garden of myrtle, juniper and mastic.
Villa Fichi d'India is the most panoramic of the resort. It consists of two separate houses with two verandas and a private swimming pool. In the larger house two suites with private entrances communicate with a living area served by the kitchen.
With its external walls covered in exposed stone, the characteristic doors and windows of the "stazzi" (the rural houses of the region), terracotta verandas sheltered by pergolas of chestnut and cane: Villa Ginepro also fits perfectly into the surrounding natural environment of Borgo Smeraldo.
Villa Ginestra is a village house as a child might imagine it: varying heights, stone exteriors, wooden windows, a small upstairs terrace. The stairs in terracotta and juniper lead to the upper floor and a suite with a romantic sleeping area overlooking the sea.
In the centre of the resort, surrounded by a garden of lawn and Mediterranean vegetation, Villa Corbezzolo houses two completely independent suites, with one of the suites and a bedroom communicating with a beautiful living room that opens onto a covered veranda with dining area.
This is the largest of the villas in Borgo Smeraldo. It features a total of four double rooms and suites with independent access, a living area served by a kitchen and a covered veranda with a dining area in the private garden. The interiors feauture surprising combinations.
Privacy is key at Villa Liscia Ruja, set in a secluded location with spectacular views of Capo Figari headland and the island of Tavolara. Two houses with exposed stone, balanced windows and doors, ceilings in cane and chestnut beams in the typical local style, each offer a double suite.
Villa Tavolara, one of the largest in Borgo Smeraldo, extends over two levels: the upper floor consists of a living area with a kitchen and a panoramic terrace that offers views of the sun rising over the sea. The lower level is occupied by three double suites with private entrances.
